Returns

It is our sincere wish that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Items purchased within thirty (30) days** and still in NEW condition (never used) will be accepted for return or exchange at the full purchase price.

Customized or custom fit products returned in NEW condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $50 Custom Fitting Fee.

Items returned after thirty (30) days** from the date of purchase and in NEW condition will be accepted for exchange at full purchase price or returned with a 15% restocking fee.

Northway Golf Center reserves the right to decline items returned after sixty (60) days from the original purchase whether in NEW or USED condition.

Qualifying equipment (clubs) returned in USED condition may be accepted at anytime as a Trade-In and will be valued according to the most recent Trade-In Value Guide.

**WE WILL BE ACCEPTING HOLIDAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES UNTIL JANUARY 31ST. 
NO RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.
