1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship through FedEx & USPS, with occasional shipments via UPS depending on order size, destination, and service availability.
We currently ship to:

• United States
• United States Minor Outlying Islands
• U.S. Virgin Islands

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are packed and shipped on weekdays (Monday–Friday).
• Most orders ship within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET may ship on the next business day.
• Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during promotional events or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the carrier at checkout based on:

• Package weight & size
• Destination
• Selected service speed

Delivery timeframes vary by method selected.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, though ultimate delivery time is carrier-dependent.

4. In-Store Pickup

Customers may choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.

• Please allow at least 2 hours for order processing.
• A valid ID, email, or phone number may be required to verify the order.
• Pickup is available during all regular store hours.
• Items not picked up within a reasonable period may be returned to stock; we will attempt to contact you first.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking visibility may take up to 24 hours after the carrier scans the package.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once a shipment leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:

• We will provide information requested that will help you file carrier claim

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate.

• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

Some products may contain Prop 65 warnings or have carrier-imposed restrictions.

Northway Golf Center is required to collect New York State sales tax on applicable purchases, including online orders picked up or shipped within New York.

Orders fulfilled at our Clifton Park, NY location are subject to the current Saratoga County combined sales tax rate, which includes both state and local components. This rate is automatically applied at checkout.

For orders shipped outside New York State, tax will be calculated based on the destination state’s sales tax rules and any applicable economic nexus requirements.

Sales tax is automatically calculated during checkout according to the delivery or pickup address and the product category.

• In the event of pricing or inventory errors, we will notify you before fulfilling the order.
